While all submissions will be duly reviewed, we strongly encourage the submission of panels because of their organizational and substantive coherence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PANEL SUBMISSION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Panels consist of three or four presenters, possibly with a chair and\/or a discussant. The chair and discussant may be the same person. The allotted time for each panel is 90 minutes<\/strong>. Participants who wish to organize a panel are encouraged to recruit participants through their own networks<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are submitting a panel proposal, please provide: (1) title of panel, (2) name, institutional affiliation, and professional title of the convener(s); (3) brief description of panel (200 words maximum), (4) names, institutional affiliation, and professional title of all panelists (chair, discussant and paper presenters); and (5) Abstracts of no more than 250 words for each paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UNATTACHED SUBMISSION<\/strong> (Paper, poster):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are submitting an abstract that is not yet part of a panel, you will need to provide the following: (1) title of presentation, (2) your name, institutional affiliation, and professional title; (3) Abstract (200 to 250 words).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROUNDTABLE SUBMISSION: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roundtables usually consist of four to six participants, with possibly a chair, and\/or a discussant.  Note that the chair and discussant may be the same person. Upon submitting a roundtable, please provide : (1) title of  roundtable, (2) name, institutional affiliation, and professional title of the convener(s); (3) brief description of roundtable (200 words  maximum), (4) names, institutional affiliation, and professional title of each participant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference registration fees will only be payable upon receiving acceptance responses around mid-May<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
